## How it works

1. **Choose a formula.** Pick by goal: joints, coat, vitality, weight, longevity, gut. Not sure? REPAIR is where most owners start.
2. **Tell us your dog’s weight.** Every protocol is dosed in pen units per weight band. The calculator shows your dose and how long a cartridge lasts.
3. **Attach, dial, dose.** Twist on a 32G needle, dial the units, press under loose skin. Ten seconds. No mixing, no drawing up, no math.
4. **Club ships on your cadence.** Every 4, 6 or 8 weeks based on your dog. Skip, pause or cancel in one tap.

## Questions

### What does “reserve” mean?

You place your order with your email and shipping address. No card is needed and nothing is charged. Before your order ships, we email you a secure link to pay the total shown at reservation. Your price and your place in the production run are held from the day you reserve.

### How is this different from the vial kits other brands sell?

Same peptides, same 10 mg + 10 mg in REPAIR. Everything else is different. Ours arrive pre-mixed and sterility-tested in a cartridge for a dial-dose pen, so you never reconstitute powder or draw up an insulin syringe. Every lot has a published certificate. There are six formulas, not one. And you pay nothing until it ships.

### Does it hurt?

The needle is 32-gauge and 4 mm long, finer and shorter than the insulin syringes in most vial kits. Most dogs react less than they do to a vaccine. Treats help. So does doing it at breakfast.

### What is the 60-day guarantee?

If you are not happy in the first 60 days after delivery, for any reason, email us and we refund the order. You do not need to send anything back.

### Which formula should I start with?

Most owners start with REPAIR (BPC-157 + TB-500). It has the deepest research base and covers the most common reason people come to us: a dog slowing down or recovering. If your dog is needle-averse or the concern is digestive, start with GUT capsules. Add a second formula two weeks later if you want to.
