If you are not happy with a Canitide product for any reason within 60 days of delivery, email hello@canitide.com with your order number and we refund the order to the payment method you used. You do not need to send anything back, explain, or fill in a form.

## What it covers

- Every product we sell, including opened cartridges and used pens.
- Club shipments: the shipment you are unhappy with, and we pause or cancel the subscription if you ask.

## What it does not cover

- Refunds after 60 days from delivery.
- Orders placed by resellers.

## How fast

We issue refunds within two business days of your email; your bank usually posts them within five to ten business days.
