## Where we ship

All fifty United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship internationally yet.

## When it ships

Reserved orders ship in the order they were reserved, starting January 2027; Founding Pack orders ship first. Once we are shipping from stock, orders placed by 2 pm Eastern ship the same business day. Cartridge orders ship Monday to Thursday so they never sit in a depot over a weekend.

## How it ships

Cartridges travel in an insulated mailer with a cold pack, tracked. Capsules, pens and supplies ship in a standard mailer. Tracking is emailed when the label prints.

## What it costs

- Free on orders over $99 and on every Club shipment.
- $7.95 otherwise.

## Arrived warm or damaged?

Email a photo to hello@canitide.com. We replace it, no questions.

## Returns

You never need to return anything. Our 60-day guarantee refunds without a return. Dispose of unused cartridges in household trash with the cap on; needles go in the sharps container.
