These terms govern purchases and reservations on canitide.com, operated by Canitide, a Canipep company (“Canitide”, “we”). By reserving or ordering, you agree to them, to the Reservation terms and to the Privacy policy.

## 1. Products

Canitide products are sold for research purposes only. They are not FDA-approved drugs and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. You are responsible for consulting a licensed veterinarian before using any product with an animal in your care. Products are not for human use.

## 2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and located in the United States to order.

## 3. Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Reservations are paid before they ship, per the Reservation terms. In-stock orders are charged at checkout. Sales tax is added where we are required to collect it. Payments are processed by our payment processor under its terms.

## 4. Club subscriptions

Canipep Club is a recurring order on the cadence you choose. You can skip, pause or cancel any time before a refill is charged. Club pricing is 15% off list and includes free shipping.

## 5. Guarantee and refunds

Our 60-day guarantee refunds any order within 60 days of delivery on request.

## 6. Accounts and accuracy

You agree that the information you give us, including your dog’s weight, is accurate. Dosing cards are calculated from that weight.

## 7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canitide’s liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

## 8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
