Reservation terms

These terms explain what happens when you reserve a Canitide product on canitide.com. They are part of our Terms of sale.

1. A reservation is an order you pay for when it ships

When you reserve, you place an order for the items, quantities and prices shown at checkout. We take no payment and no card details at the time of reservation. Before the order ships, we email you a secure payment link; the order ships once it is paid.

2. When you pay

We email your payment link at least three days before your order is due to ship, expected January 2027. If the order has not been paid fourteen days after that email, we release it, and its Founding Pack place if it has one, and tell you so by email.

3. Your price is locked

The total shown at reservation is the total we charge, including shipping. If list prices rise before your order ships, you keep the reserved price. If they fall, we charge the lower price.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel any time before your order ships, for any reason, by using the link in your reservation email or emailing hello@canitide.com with your order number. Because nothing was charged, there is nothing to refund. After shipping, our 60-day guarantee applies.

5. Canipep Club

If you reserve with Club, you pay for the first shipment before it ships and save a card for refills at that time. Refills are then charged on the cadence you chose (every 4, 6 or 8 weeks) and you can skip, pause or cancel from your account or by email at any time before a refill charge.

6. Founding Pack

Founding Pack benefits are limited to the first 500 reserved dogs and are attached to the reservation. If you cancel, the place is released.

7. If we cannot fulfil

If production is delayed, we email you a new estimated ship date and you can cancel at any point. If we cannot ship a reserved item at all, we cancel that line and never charge for it.
