How the numbers are built

One pen unit is 0.01 mL. A REPAIR cartridge holds 10 mg BPC-157 and 10 mg TB-500 in 3 mL, so one unit delivers about 33 mcg of each. Bands are set from the mg/kg ranges used in the published animal research, rounded to whole units, then capped so one cartridge always covers at least a four-week cadence. Cartridges are filled to 3.15 mL so the two-unit prime never costs a dose.

Missed a dose? Skip it and continue. Never double up. Bring the card to your vet, especially if your dog takes NSAIDs, steroids or insulin.
