What does “reserve” mean?
You place your order with your email and shipping address. No card is needed and nothing is charged. Before your order ships, we email you a secure link to pay the total shown at reservation. Your price and your place in the production run are held from the day you reserve.
Can I cancel?
Any time before it ships, for any reason, from the link in your reservation email or by emailing hello@canitide.com. Nothing to refund because nothing was charged. After it ships, the 60-day guarantee applies.
How long does a cartridge last?
It depends on the formula and your dog’s weight band. A REPAIR cartridge lasts about ten weeks for a dog under 20 lb and about four weeks for a dog over 90 lb; every formula is dosed so one cartridge covers at least a four-week cadence. The dosing page calculates it for you.
I missed a dose. Now what?
Skip it and continue on schedule. Do not double up.
What is the 60-day guarantee?
If you are not happy in the first 60 days after delivery, for any reason, email us and we refund the order. You do not need to send anything back.
